Bon Voyage August 7, 2012

I will always remember my first longer journey, first flight, first escape out of Europe… Canada & USA from 2004 is still one of best journeys I had!!!

I’ve never liked making too much planing, cause I knew that on the way so many things can happen, and I will always grab best opportunities! Friends says that I have luck, I say that everything happen with reason ๐Ÿ˜‰ And through all years I saw that is best so, to have open plan and go with the flow ๐Ÿ˜‰

Now I’m for the first time going to Asia, backpacking, taking really relaxing vocations.
India for two weeks – Bangalore for the start, New Delhi for the end, but no plans between. Lets see how it will be :)) already now I know I will have fun all the time!!

And for the end of my journey Dubai for a week. Haven’t been down there for two years, loooooong, tooooo looooong time, comparing how much time I spent there between 2007 and 2010.

Bon voyage!

Those that know me will start laughing, cause they know that on my travels always something happen to me ๐Ÿ˜€

In Friday my parents transport to Munich was canceled, so I arrange that in Sunday they went there with their car and left it on the airport parking. I should take it in Monday and move it to my friend’s place who life 10 km far in Freising.

I went on the way to Munich with my neighbor and on half of the way … damn … I remember that I forgot car keys at home ๐Ÿ˜€ Its good I’m used to have problems on my trips. Each problem has a solution, like this! Few calls and problem was solved (of course fully next day). I spent night in Freising, next day went to the airport and met there for a coffee with my cousin Gaja, who went for three months to NY.

Problem was solved thanks to my great friends Damjana, Tomaลพ & Anลพe ๐Ÿ™‚ Thanks a lot again!!!

And now sweetest part of my trip! I am already in CAAAAAAAANAAAAAAAAADAAAAAAAA ๐Ÿ™‚ (more…)

In Saturday, after two nights of partying in Dubai (The Apartment, Club Submarin, Club Elegante…) I went with Saud, Cameron and Lukas on Wadi trip. I didn’t know where are we going, and what will we see and do there till we reach Wadi Wuraja ๐Ÿ˜€

Because of traffic in Sharjah we lost one hour. Insha Allah! We were driving on the way to the north part of UAE (where is Oman, which we also pass few times) when countryside suddenly start changing. It was really amazing to saw mountains in the desert, but unfortunately without trees. Just before Fujairah we turn inside to Fujairah mountains, drove up-down, left-right and suddenly turn off the main road. It is good that we had Jeep, cause my Tiida would stop after few meters ๐Ÿ˜€ We were driving almost for an hour inside canyon, till we reached end point – our parking spot, from where we walked around 20 minutes and finally…….. got to the paradise! Damn, it was so amazing! I would never thought that in the desert there are such beautiful places: fresh water, flowers, animals…… ๐Ÿ˜€ Jupiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Saud, shukran for such great Wadi trip !!! !!! !!!
We will repeat it when I get back, but before you have to come to visit me !!! !!! !!! :D:D:D

Those that believe in me are my energy, energy for my dreams! I heard from few close friends that other are asked them why am I doing this (cause for sure I will fail), where do I get money…… Ask me, I’ll tell you right answer!!! First of all, money is last thing on which I think in any moment! Do I have it, NO, but still, I am here ๐Ÿ™‚ And most important is that without few friends with who I built everything (catalogue, website, slogans, idea of Vishnar furniture …) I would never be there where I am now !!! ๐Ÿ™‚ I have amazing friends!!!

And one more thing, you can’t expect from me that already this time I will made deals, sign anything… Try to do anything and you will see that nothing happened in one day! I have my own system, in which I believe! First I want to built strong ground, so that later my pyramid will not collapse. It takes time, but still, if others took 3 years to start anything, I will start in 1-2 years! ๐Ÿ˜€

This is my world, I feel fantastic here! For me is here much easier to do anything than back home. I don’t know right answer why, but environment is so different. For me is important that I get closer to people with who I want to work or co-operate, after we can talk about business ๐Ÿ™‚

From my last post nothing specially happened, but still, I have fun all the time! I met few amazing people, went on few meetings, drinks, dinners, clubs….
Last Saturday my friend Thamir (local guy) invited me in Abu Dhabi for a drink and after we went to the desert to see his camel camp. It was amazing! Not far from his camp is one Shaikh building huge mountain (cca. 200 metres high), for fun, so that he will have nice view on area ๐Ÿ˜€
I also finally met Abdulla and his friend Qaid, local teenagers ๐Ÿ™‚ Amazing guys!

Yesterday I extend my ticked, so now I can tell you for sure, that next Friday I will already be back home, home sweet home ๐Ÿ™‚ and bring sun with, so you will not complain on the weather any more ๐Ÿ˜‰

To do anything, we need energy !!!

But where to get it? It depent on a person, so each must find out own source of energy.
Where do I get it? Give to get back!!! It works! My friends, I am doing everything for you! Only together we can survive and win! ๐Ÿ™‚

Don’t think that everyday is a special for me here in UAE, that always is easy for me. It is not, but who cares on those moments! I always try to look from a bright side on my life! Last few days I spent for thinking and discovering how and where to start. It also came a moment … … … my family & friends, I miss you, I would love to hold you, but I can’t. I know that also harder times will come, but I can’t help, just GO ON !!! World is my playground!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

Yesterday I went on a tea with one guy (half Slovene, half Syrian), whose contact I got from a Philippine waiter (read last post). Amazing guy! He sacrifices himself to came to Dubai and start new life. He is sending money back home, to support his parents to survive and brothers to study. I was impressed!

We finished around midnight, and cause I wasn’t sleepy, I went on a drink to Jazz club in Madinat Jumeirah. Everything happen with a reason! There I met Sri, Indian guy, whose father is hotelier. What a cool person! When I was on the way back home I just asked me, WHY, why me, why I always met such great people, especially those that I need on my way to success? But I don’t know the answer. I always try to be what I am, never lie to people, and don’t try to pretend that I am something what I am not. I am Anลพe Viลกnar! and Vishnar is going to become worldwide known brand ๐Ÿ˜‰

connecting people April 19, 2008

World became so small that in a second you can reach a friend on other side of planet, and next day already be there. I don’t know how would I survive without my mobile, laptop, internet… cause they help me to stay in touch with all my friends when ever I want to speak/reach them ๐Ÿ™‚

Virgin Radio’s Block Party was fabulous !!! Bong and team, you did a great job and organise an amazing outdoor party !!! There were graffiti artists, dancers, skateboarders… and of course Virgin Radio DJ’s ๐Ÿ™‚

Today I went to the Mall of the Emirates and bought new mobile, cause I had too many problems with my old-one. Of course I bought Nokia, 6300 model, with Arabic letters ๐Ÿ™‚ After I went on Moroccan mint tea, where I had a short conversation with a Philippine waiter, who knew where is Slovenia, because of Big Brother reality show. I am not fan of reality shows, but doesn’t matter, Big Brother connecting people :):):)

challenges for challengers April 17, 2008

Every day is a challenge, for some people to survive, for some to make a business deal… What is my? Every day I try to wake up with a smile on my face, try to enjoy day, and end it with with a step forward to … … …

Yesterday during day I didn’t do much – spent lazy morning, spent few hours on Suqeim beach, where I met Slovenian couple ( haha, world is small ), went to Bong’s place to charge my laptop (cause I forgot my charger in Abu Dhabi) and took an invitation for Friday’s Virgin Radio Block Party :). Later I went back home, spoke few words with Renata before she went back to work. Renata, thanks a lot, I have such a luck to be a guest in your apartment. Damn, here are people working much more than back home. City is growing so fast that you don’t have other option!

Later I went to the Mall of the Emirates to see a movie. I choose Indian movie “U, Me, Aur, Hum“. You MUST see it !!! It shows you meaning of life, real love, hard times… After I went to met Faila’s friend Aissa, who work as a reporter on MBC (The Middle East Broadcasting Center). Amazing guy !!! First he showed me a place where he work and than we had a long discussion about culture, life, religion …

Yesterday he did a reportage about cultures in UAE. In 2006 in UAE lived 6 million people (15% locals), today probably around 8 million (10% locals, or less); most people (workers) come from India and Pakistan. Amazing, how fast is country growing! But because of that they have problems: foreigners don’t learn language, government don’t care for them (they have no health care)… There are always plusses and minuses, everywhere !!!

What else happened in last week:
– last Friday I went on boat trip with Thalmer ( I met him in the desert, and know what, his camel seated place on Camel Festival !!! !!! !!! )
– for a month I rented Nissan Tiida at Europcar;ย  I must admit, that in Abu Dhabi is MUCH easier drive around than in Dubai, but in few days I hope that I will get used ๐Ÿ™‚
– I am still waiting for my package ๐Ÿ˜ฆ
– I met Ana’s friend Mohammed, who’s father owns Electric Lightening company
– Bong invited me on New look fashion show at Montgomerie Golf Club
– in Al Sharjah I visited “Slovenian furniture” showroom; their main office is in Abu Dhabi as “Yugoslavian furniture” (government in Al Sharjah didn’t allow them to use name Yugoslavia), but inside I found only cheap products
